Dust & Honey is a small, family-owned business creating handcrafted candles, wax melts, soaps, body care, and home fragrance products in small batches. Every product is thoughtfully made with quality ingredients to bring warmth and comfort into your home.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are handcrafted in Boise, Idaho.
Are your products handmade?
Yes! Every candle, wax melt, soap, and body care product is hand-poured or handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and consistency.
SHIPPING:
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During holidays or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
How long does shipping take?
Most domestic orders arrive within 3–5 business days after your order has shipped. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $55 or more.
Where do you ship?
At this time, we ship throughout the United States.
CANDLES:
What kind of wax do you use?
Our candles are made with premium Soy and Beeswax waxes made in the USA, selected for a clean, even burn and excellent fragrance throw.
Are your fragrance oils safe?
Yes. We use high-quality fragrance oils that are phthalate-free whenever possible.
How long should I burn my candle?
For the first burn, allow the wax to melt completely across the top of the candle. This usually takes about 2–4 hours depending on the size of the candle.
Why should I trim the wick?
Trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before each burn. This helps produce a cleaner flame, minimizes soot, and extends the life of your candle.
How long will my candle last?
Burn time varies by size, but our candles are designed to provide many hours of enjoyment when properly cared for.
WAX MELTS:
How do I use wax melts?
Simply place one or two pieces into an approved wax warmer. Never add water or place wax directly on a stovetop or open flame.
How long do wax melts last?
Depending on the fragrance and warmer, most wax melts provide scent for 8–20 hours.
SOAPS:
Are your soaps suitable for everyday use?
Yes! Our handcrafted soaps are designed for everyday use on hands and body.
How can I make my soap last longer?
Keep your soap on a draining soap dish between uses and allow it to dry completely. This helps extend its life.
SIMMER POT KITS:
How do I use a simmer pot kit?
Place the contents into a pot with water and gently simmer on low heat. Refill the water as needed while simmering. Never leave a simmer pot unattended.
Can I reuse my simmer pot ingredients?
Yes! Most kits can be reused several times by refrigerating the ingredients between uses and adding fresh water each time.
RETURNS:
Do you accept returns?
Because our products are handcrafted and many are personal care items, we do not accept returns on used or opened products.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We’ll work with you to make it right.

- Burn on a heat-resistant surface.
